Privacy at BoldCat
This page explains how data is used in the BoldCat members area and contact form. For questions and requests about your data, use the contact form.
Contact form
The public form asks for your name, email, WhatsApp number and message so the team can respond to your enquiry. Resend delivers the message to BoldCat by email. Submitting the form does not create a platform account or automatically add you to marketing lists.
Registration and access
We use your name, email and registered access rights to identify your account and show content available in your plan. Your sign-in email must match your registration and purchase email. Roles and permissions are checked on the server.
Google, ChatGPT and email links
You may sign in with Google, ChatGPT or an email link. Google provides your account identity, verified email, name and, when available, profile picture. We request only identity and basic profile information, with no access to Gmail, Drive or Calendar. This data is used to authenticate and identify your account on the platform.
Sign-in links are personal, expire after 10 minutes and can be used once. Resend delivers sign-in emails. For ChatGPT, we receive the identity and email provided by the native Sites sign-in.
Cookies and session security
We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Google and email sessions last up to 30 days from their latest renewal; renewal occurs while you use the platform. Signing out revokes the session on the server. Your browser, cookie removal or security measures may require an earlier sign-in. ChatGPT sessions also follow that service’s own rules.
Platform use and payments
We record first access, recent activity, days of use, content progress and event registrations to provide the service and follow member activation. Diagnostic answers and registration information are accessible according to product permissions. Stripe processes purchases and subscriptions; the registration system receives the information needed to identify purchases and access rights.
Providers and retention
The platform is hosted on ChatGPT Sites. Google, OpenAI/Sites, Resend and Stripe support the flows described above, depending on the sign-in method and services used. Registration data, progress and operational records are retained as needed to provide the service, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. Authentication sessions and tokens are excluded from content and registration backups.
